if you are still, comfortable and quiet you can fall asleep very quickly. if you are in an enviorment that is loud and stressful, you will find yourself uncomfortable, so you'll toss and turn, who knows when you'll be able to sleep.
People who have difficulty to sleep due to noise or actions caused by other people should look for isolation in their time and place of resting. The use of earpods may be helpful in this case. It is also important for people with insomnia to limit their consumption of stimulants such as caffeine, present in foods like coffee and chocolate. It is also recommended the practice of some type of pshysical exercise at a day period distant to bedtime. In addition, they should avoid exposure to light and electronic devices at night as much as possible, and seek the practice of relaxing activities during this period. It may also be helpful to drink a glass of warm milk, which has the amino acid tryptophan that helps to sleep, or some types of herbal teas that have relaxing action, such as chamomile. In the latter case, they may need to look for medical help. Sleep-inducing medications can be helpful in some cases.
I'm really stuck here as the only thing I can think of is to approach the other person pointing out that their behaviour is disturbing other people, any other thoughts wou;ld be very useful.
but the 'others' have the right to behave or move about as they wish while respecting the rules of community life.It must be discussed together.
